The Birthday Child gets the chance to select up to two of the following fantastic activities to get involved with:

* Touching a snake Each child in the birthday party can get involved with this one! (NB A minimum age of 4 years old applies.)

Terms & Conditions
Minimum booking 8 paying children.
* Parents are totally responsible for the supervision of children in their party. Please make use of the free adult entry provided for this purpose.
* Where a free adult entry is provided this does not include a meal.
* Accompanying adults must be booked in advance at the same time as the party to qualify for the group rate. Adults arriving on the day will be charged full rate.
* The birthday child will receive a reduced rate if they are a valid card holder on the day of the party. This discount applies to the birthday child only. In the case of joint parties for two Junior Card holders two discounted rates will be given.
* Joint parties booking a minimum of 16 paying children will receive two cakes. For each child to take part in 2 activities there needs to be a minimum of 16 paying children in the party.
* Parties of 10 or more children will receive a 10” cake instead of the standard 8” cake.
* Sorry, we cannot accept bookings on Good Friday or Sundays and Mondays of Bank Holiday weekends.
* Bookings cannot be accepted less than 7 days before the party date.
* With your confirmation you will receive a reservation number to make your meal selections.
* Full payment, final numbers and menu choices must be received at least 7 days before the party date.
* No refunds can be given for unused tickets. A £20 fee will be charged for alterations to the date less than 14 days before the event OR if the event is cancelled at any stage.
* Once full payment is received your tickets will be left at the fast track entrance for collection. These must be shown at the zoo entrance.
* Party meals take place at Cafe UmPhafa. It is likely that you will share your meal time with other parties. A maximum of 6 adults attending the party will have seating for the party but may need to queue for their food as normal.
* Bookings for activities are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Participation is for the birthday child only except for Familiar Friends, the Wallaby Feed and Touching a Snake where each child can take part.
* Touching a Snake and Flying a Birds of Prey only available to 4 years and above.
* If you will be arriving in separate cars please ensure that everyone has their own ticket.
* A present from Santa’s Grotto at Christmas is NOT included in the party package.
* The data you supply will only be used for the purpose intended and not passed to any third parties.
