I would like to book goody bags at £2, each, I do not require any goody bags
Tickets will not be posted to you for security purposes but will be left for collection on the day of your visit. Gold and Platinum card holders will not count towards the free adult to child ratio. Gold and Platinum card holders requiring free entry must have their cards with them. Invoices for payment can only be issued to local authority groups. All children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult. Unsupervised children will have to be returned to their coach. The Group Leader only should report to the Ark Gift Shop if collecting pre-paid tickets, or the main pay desk if paying on the day. The leader should then return to their group and distribute the tickets before the group attempts to enter the zoo. This prevents the main entrance building getting congested and speeds your entry. Educational activities Please let us know immediately if you have to cancel any of your activities as the time slots could be offered to another school. Please report to Guest Services 5 minutes before any talks or workshops. Goody Bags If you have ordered goody bags, please collect these from the Ark Shop at the end of your visit. If payment has not already been made, in advance, this should be done at the entrance on arrival.
