Printing of Tickets
Please note that once you have processed your transaction and made
your payment you can print off your tickets in two ways. Firstly,
you can click on the link with your confirmation which says "Click
here to print your order". Alternatively, you will be sent
an email to the address you've provided. This will also provide
a link to click through to, in order to print off your tickets.
PLEASE PRINT OUT YOUR TICKETS FROM THE LINK
PROVIDED AND BRING THEM WITH YOU TO AVOID DELAYING YOUR ENTRY TO
COLCHESTER ZOO. IF YOU DO NOT PRINT OUT YOUR TICKETS WITH A BARCODE
FOR EACH TICKET PURCHASED IT WILL GREATLY DELAY YOUR ENTRY INTO
THE ZOO.
NB A £1 transaction fee will be charged by the system administrators,
which does not go to Colchester Zoo. We do recommend that you order
all the tickets that you require in one transaction.
E-Saver Tickets cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offer including Tesco Deals Vouchers. You will be
able to select tickets for visits on any date from the calendar
shown. Tickets are valid only on this date and are not refundable
or extendable.
