Zoo Passholder Access Notice
Following recent Government announcements and a review of the number of Zoo Passholders attending at weekends we have decided to continue the requirement of Zoo Passholders pre-booking a time slot up until 1pm on weekends only. After 1pm no pre-booking is required for passholders although all free access for passholders is considered on a 1-out 1-in policy to ensure a safe number of visitors within the park. During weekends we will also be opening the zoo at the earlier time of 9.00am to allow more time slots for entry.
Midweek we are currently trialling Zoo Passholder free access without the need to pre-book a timed entry and will be reviewing this on a weekly basis.
Please remember that you can only visit in groups of up to 6 people unless you are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6. It is against the law to visit in groups larger than 6.
We will continue to monitor numbers to ensure a safe capacity within the park to enable social distancing but do encourage all visitors to wear a face covering during their visit both outdoors and indoors (indoor areas mandatory) and remember to keep distance from others.
Thank you to all of our Zoo Passholders for all of your support and patience in getting to this point in the booking process, we hope to welcome you along for a safe and enjoyable day out soon.
