Please be aware that some areas of the zoo will be CLOSED from the following dates to allow us time to prepare for our Halloween events.
• From 25th September 2023, our Bears of the Rising Sun lower viewing area will be closed.
• From 2nd October 2023, our Elephant Bushwalk will be closed.
• From 9th October 2023, our Cheetah viewing area, opposite Komodo Dragons, will be closed.

THE SANTA EXPERIENCE – £15.00 PER TICKET

25th & 26th November, 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 16th to 24th December 2023.

Journey through our magical Santa Experience filled with festive scenery and cheeky elves, where you will also have the chance to meet Santa himself and take home Spirit, the White Tiger cuddly toy!

During our Magic of Christmas events, children can take part in the magical ‘Santa Experience’ for the additional cost of £15.00 per Santa Experience ticket. 

All children who wish to enter the Santa Experience and receive a soft toy will require a Santa Experience ticket. This includes children under 3 if you would like them to meet Santa and receive a soft toy.

PLEASE NOTE: The Santa Experience takes place within the Zoo grounds and an admission ticket will need to be purchased alongside a Santa Experience ticket. All guests, including Zoo Passholders, will need to pre-book a Santa Experience ticket online in advance. Tesco Partner Reward codes CANNOT be use for Santa Experience tickets. Admission tickets and Santa Experience tickets are non-refundable.
