Colchester Zoo’s Membership Portal
Calling all Zoo Passholders, we’d like to introduce you to your NEW Colchester Zoo Membership Portal!
As a Colchester Zoo Passholder we are aware you may need to update your details with us, to view the most up to date terms and conditions of your Zoo Pass or simply to login in and check out your current Pass expiry date due to the various extensions which have been available during the pandemic*.
During closure we have been working on a platform to assist our Zoo Passholders which is now live and ready for you to use. The Colchester Zoo Membership Portal allows you to view and edit your details, see when your pass expires, how many visits you have made to the zoo with your pass, quick links to our Zoo Pass booking form and booking cancellation form plus more!
To login you will need:
- The email address on your Zoo Pass record
- Your surname
- Your Pass ID number (printed on your card)
- The postcode linked to your Zoo Pass record.
If you are unable to login it may be that we do not hold some of the mandatory information required to log in on your record or there may be an error on your record. To update your Information to enable you to log in to this new platform please complete our form.
We will email you when your information has been updated and you will then be able to make use of this new platform exclusive to Zoo Passholders.

*Please be aware that the latest extension is yet to be added to your Zoo Pass therefore we encourage you to check your pass expiry date within the portal from our reopening date when your extension, if requested, will have then been applied.
