Your Animal Experiences Booking
As of 23rd March 2020, the difficult decision was made to temporarily close Colchester Zoo to customers meaning that we have also had to postpone those with Animal Experiences booked.
We appreciate that many of you were no doubt looking forward to participating within an Animal Experience which unfortunately is unable to take place now due to COVID-19. It is so disappointing that the current situation has impacted on your upcoming experience.
However difficult the situation is, we are very pleased to alter your experience booking for a new date to be taken within 12 months of our reopening date and at no additional cost.
Please rest assured that we are working hard to reach out and re-organise experiences with those who are booked to take part soon being contacted first. If you have not heard from our team yet, please be reassured that we will be in touch with you in due course.
