Your E-ticket booking
As of 23rd March 2020, the difficult decision was made to temporarily close Colchester Zoo to customers meaning that those with planned visits are now postponed.
We appreciate that some visitors may have outstanding E-tickets or Open-Tickets which are now no longer able to use due to COVID-19. It is so disappointing that the current situation has impacted on the visit that you were no doubt greatly looking forward to.
Within our usual Terms and Conditions, E-tickets are not transferrable nor refundable but we are not in usual circumstances.
However difficult the situation is, we are very pleased to let you know that any bookings up until the end of July have been automatically altered and you should have received a new email with Open-dated Ticket for a day admission on any date to be taken within 12 months at no additional cost to yourselves.
Please be aware that due to the closure of Colchester Zoo our offices are not currently open. Although emails are being monitored it may be a while before you receive a response.
