This photography experience is a great opportunity to learn about photography while photographing the Amur tigers and leopards, including their young, as well as lions and other animals along the way here at Colchester Zoo.
Professional wildlife photographer, Barbara Meyer will find out during the introduction what experience level the participants have and what support they require. She will be on hand throughout the photography workshop to provide one-to-one advice on any photographic aspects and to support those taking part with setting up their cameras correctly, e.g. to blur out background, take photos through the fence and more.
Based on Barbara’s connection to wildlife conservation, our customers will also benefit from learning more about the big cats and how knowing the animals will help to get better images.
The Big Cat Photography workshops will start at 11:00am and will finish at 5:00pm (10.30am – 4.30pm in February and November).
In order to make our Big Cat Photography workshop most beneficial to all participants, we apply a maximum number of 6 photographers per event (minimum of 4 people)
Big Cat & Nature photography terms & conditions apply to all photography workshop bookings.
