Join us on Sunday 16th July 2023 for our BARK-TASTIC character day as we welcome your favourite Nickelodeon heroes, Chase and Skye from Paw Patrol.

The two heroic pups, Chase and Skye will be greeting visitors at intervals throughout the day – more details coming soon.

Don’t forget to visit us on Sunday 10th September 2023 for our last character day where we will be joined by family favourites, Bluey and Bingo.

BOOKING YOUR TICKET:

You will NEED TO PREBOOK A FREE timeslot ticket online for your chance to meet and greet Chase and Skye. One ticket is required per family (up to 6 people). Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Character meet and greet will take place inside the zoo grounds. To enter the zoo, you will need to purchase a standard admission ticket or have a valid Zoo Pass.

Colchester Zoo Passholders:

Pre-book your FREE character timeslot online in advance and bring along with you your valid zoo pass.

Non Passholders:

Purchase a standard admission ticket and pre-book your FREE character timeslot online in advance. We recommend all non-passholders to book their tickets online in advance to receive the best price on admission. E-tickets can be purchased up until 23:59 they day before you wish to visit. Standard admissions tickets are available on the day at our Admissions Building or online.

Terms and Conditions:

We recommend booking your free character timeslot ticket online in advance to avoid disappointment. Character tickets will need to be shown upon arrival and you will only be able to meet and greet characters once within your timeslot. If you miss your timeslot, you CANNOT attend another slot later in the day. Although this is a ticketed event, queuing will still be required and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
