See Santa’s beautiful reindeer in their stables ahead of the big day, create festive crafts at the Elves’ Workshop or listen to the elves as they tell stories of Santa’s NEW sloth friend at the Christmas Tales.

Journey through our magical Santa Experience filled with festive scenery and cheeky elves, where you will also have the chance to meet Santa himself and take home your very own ‘Poco the sloth’ soft toy!
Please note: The Santa Experience takes place within the zoo grounds and an admission ticket will need to be purchased alongside a Santa Experience Ticket. All guests, including Zoo Passholders will need to pre-book Santa Experience Ticket online in advance. Tesco Partner Reward Codes CANNOT be used for The Santa Experience Ticket. Admission tickets and the Santa Experience Ticket are non-refundable.

During our Magic of Christmas events, children can take part in the magical ‘Santa Experience’ for the additional cost of £12.50 per Santa Experience ticket.
Journey through our magical Santa Experience filled with festive scenery and cheeky elves, where you will also have the chance to meet Santa himself and take home your very own ‘Poco the sloth’ soft toy*!

Who needs a Santa Experience ticket?
All children who wish to enter the Santa Experience and receive a sloth soft toy will require a Santa Experience ticket. This includes children under 3 if you would like them to meet Santa and receive a sloth soft toy. Child Zoo Passholders, child complimentary ticket holders including adopters, children attending birthday parties and animal experiences MUST also purchase a Santa Experience Ticket if they wish to participate in the Santa Experience and receive a sloth soft toy.
Adults accompanying children taking part in the experience do not require a Santa Experience Ticket.
Join our Elves as they tell the tale of Santa’s new sloth friend!
Duration approx. 20 mins.
Sing along and enjoy the view on board the road train.
Duration approx. 10 mins. Queues likely.
Journey through the magical woodland and discover our many fairies and pixies and their homes while learning all about their special powers. P.S. Only for believers!
Journey through the forest where you will be able to see our reindeer friends at their stable in all their glory with their long, sweeping antlers and thick winter coats!
Feel festive and create magical crafts with our elves at their workshop along with our Christmas sand shop.
