Your Birthday Party at Colchester Zoo!
Suitable for ages 8 – 10yrs, this party gives the kids the chance to learn all about the skills our keepers use to work with the animals at Colchester Zoo.
They will get the chance to see how we train the animals here at the Zoo and practice some of the techniques they have seen on each other with fun games and antics. PLUS they’ll get the chance to meet one of our smaller friendly species.
The children will also be able to enjoy a picnic lunch before setting off to spend the rest of the day exploring Colchester Zoo, with the chance to enjoy our daily encounters and hand feed our elephants and giraffes at daily public feeds!
Minimum: 10 children (2 adults are admitted free of charge)
Age: 8 – 10 yrs
Lunch: Includes a sandwich, savoury snack, a yogurt, piece of fruit and a drink
Party length: Approximately 2 hours with a party host
Time slots
3 party slots are available each day for our two Animal Antics Parties and our Teddy Bears Picnic party.
Choose from:
- 10.00am – 12.00pm
- 12.00pm – 2.00pm
- 2.00pm – 4.00pm
Prices:
Our Animal Antics package costs £225.00 for up to 10 children. Any additional children after this are charged £22.50 each.
Additional guests attending the party but not participating in the activities qualify for group rate entry, these must be pre-booked when booking the party.
