Monetary Gift Vouchers
Wanting to treat that special someone, but not sure what they’ll like? Our monetary vouchers (available to purchase in denominations of £5, £10 & £25) and are a great way to give a gift to the even trickiest of loved ones!
Vouchers will be sent to you in a presentation wallet ready to wrap up as a wonderful gift which can be used towards any Colchester Zoo product, including standard admission, Zoo Passes & Animal Experiences, as well as purchases in selected food outlets and The Outpost Gift Shop.

• Monetary Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for standard admission, products and experiences sold in Guest Services, purchases within catering outlets (including but not limited to Penguini’s and Southern Kitchen) and The Outpost Gift Shop.
• Monetary Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 24 months of the purchase date and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• Monetary Gift vouchers are redeemable only at Colchester Zoo and cannot be used for online purchases.
• These vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• Where the face value of the voucher is not used in full, no change will be given.
• These vouchers can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference.
• Monetary Gift Vouchers are only valid for the amount detailed on the gift voucher.
• Monetary Gift Vouchers can only be used once.
• Colchester Zoo Ltd is under no liability to replace or refund vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not.
• Cash value is 0.000001p
• Vouchers re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain will be void.
• Monetary Gift Vouchers are a physical voucher, they cannot be sent or redeemed electronically.
• When sending vouchers by post please use recorded delivery; Colchester Zoo cannot be held responsible for vouchers lost in the post.
• When sending vouchers by post we use Special delivery, this allows Colchester Zoo to track your order from end to end; Colchester Zoo cannot be responsible for vouchers lost in the post.
