A consecutive renewal entitles you to a 15% discount when you renew your previous passes within 1 month of the expiry date!

- Please note that a blue badge, or similar documentary verification of disability is required when the photograph is taken and card issued.
- Before you complete your purchase you will be asked to print out and retain the terms and conditions
- Your previous zoo pass must have expired within 1 month of your renewal to be entitled to the 15% discount. Your pass will be dated consecutively 1 year from the date of expiry.

Guests with disability:
Any guest with a disability will be required to purchase the relevant adult, child or senior Zoo Pass.
If you require assistance during your visits to Colchester Zoo you will be asked to show your valid Zoo Pass as well as verification of disability when entering the zoo in order to be issued with an assistant ticket FREE of charge. The assistant is only admitted entry free of charge upon request to accompany a guest with disability.
If you purchased Zoo Passes before our policy changes on the 29th October 2018 and it includes an assistant admission this can continue to be used until the renewal date of your Zoo Pass when any new passes purchased will change to our new pricing structure.
