COVID – TESCO VOUCHER ENQUIRY
During the initial re-opening stages, unfortunately Colchester Zoo is not able to accept Tesco Vouchers as a form of payment.
All tickets must be purchases online in advance of your visit to assist us with managing the capacity within the park, sadly it is not currently viable for us to offer any other discounts which includes Tesco Vouchers.
We have had confirmation from Tesco that they are extending the validity of voucher codes from 6 – 12 months from the original order date to give customers more time to use them once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
Tesco will be in touch via email with those who have existing unredeemed codes to advise that these will be extended. You will then receive another email from them with the same code and a new expiry date. This will also be updated in your Clubcard app.
For Tesco products that remain on sale Tesco are temporarily introducing the new 12 month validity for new orders placed.
If you are unsure about the expiry date of your voucher or haven’t received any communication from Tesco after the 30th April, please contact Tesco directly.
