Please be aware that the larger play area of our soft play complex, Jungle Tumble, will be closed from Monday 29th April – Friday 3rd May due to annual maintenance work including a thorough deep clean. From Monday 13th – Friday 17th May, the smaller play area within Jungle Tumble will be closed for the same annual maintenance work and a thorough deep clean.
Please note that the Vulture encounter talk will not be taking place on 8th and 9th April, due to essential maintenance work.
Supervision of Children:
Unfortunately we are unable to allow admittance to children under the age of 16yrs without a full paying adult or adult passholder. Children under the age of 16yrs must be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 16yrs at all times whilst inside the park. Unsupervised children will not be granted admission.
Catering and Retail outlets will close at least one hour prior to the zoo grounds as well as some interactive areas and the Kingdom of the Wild building. Jungle Tumble promptly closes 30 minutes prior to zoo grounds, last entry to the soft play facilities are 45 minutes prior to zoo closing time. Some of the larger animal buildings close 30 minutes prior to the zoo grounds with last admission to these areas up to 30 minutes before this time. Please note that the zoo car parks close a maximum of 30 minutes after the zoo closes.
