Zoo Memberships during this time

During these unexpected circumstances we find ourselves in we are aware that many of our annual Gold Pass members are currently unable to visit us and that those who may like to purchase a Zoo Pass or renew their membership are unsure whether to do so at this time. 

As of the 19^th March 2020 all those with a valid Zoo Pass membership will receive an additional month at the end of their pass expiry to visit Colchester Zoo.

13 months will also be available to all those purchasing a new pass or renewing during this time, this pass extension will be allocated to your pass at the time of issue.

Current Zoo Passholders – We will not be issuing new passes to those with a current Zoo Pass due to the high number of passholders this will affect. We would ask that instead, you continue to bring your Zoo Pass with you when visiting up to 1 month after the expiry date printed on your card. On arrival at the main admissions gate please make a member of staff know you are visiting during your extended month so they can admit you free of charge.

This extension gesture is subject to change at any time and as with many things at the moment, we are unable to say how long this extension will be available to new and renewing passes, but we will update you should the situation change.
