Zoo Passholder Portal

As a Colchester Zoo Passholder, we are aware you may need to update your membership details with us, view the most up to date terms and conditions of your Zoo Pass or simply to login in and check out your current Zoo Pass expiry date due to the various extensions which have been available during the pandemic*.

  • View and edit your details

  • Check you Zoo Pass expiry date

  • See how many visits you have made to the zoo with your pass

  • PLUS, much more!
  • The email address on your Zoo Pass record

  • Your surname

  • Your Pass ID number (printed on your card)

  • The postcode linked to your Zoo Pass record.

    If you are unable to login it may be that we do not hold some of the mandatory information required to log in on your record or there may be an error on your record. To update your Information to enable you to log in to this new platform please complete our form HERE.

    We will email you when your information has been updated and you will then be able to make use of this new platform exclusive to Zoo Passholders.
