- This gift card may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods at Colchester Zoo.
- This gift card can only be used at Colchester Zoo, it cannot be used online.
- This gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of initial activation or last reload.
- If unused within this time, the gift card will be deemed inactive, and any remaining balance lost.
- Treat this gift card as cash – it cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
- This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit debit or charge card.
- To check your gift card expiry date or balance, please visit Guest Services at the Zoo.
- The gift card balance can be topped up as many times as you like within the 24 months.
- When sending gift cards by post, we use Special Delivery. This allows Colchester Zoo to track your order from end to end. Colchester Zoo cannot be held responsible for gift cards lost in the post.
