This is the perfect experience for anyone who is passionate about a particular species of animal! Offering you the chance to enjoy a personal experience with your favourite species from our selected Shadowing Experiences, this makes a great gift for a loved one or simply a treat for yourself.

Please allow at least 48 hours for processing of online application and confirmation before you wish to visit. Once the experience has been booked it cannot rescheduled less than 8 weeks prior to the date of the experience taking place, and a £20 fee (inc 20% VAT) will be charged for alterations and rescheduling to your booking at any time. An experience can only be rescheduled once.

Anyone aged 8 – 17yrs taking part in the Keeper Shadow for ONE experience must be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs or over in a supervisory capacity only. They must have a valid admission ticket or valid Zoo Pass to enter the zoo.
There cannot be two persons under 18yrs participating in the Keeper Shadow for TWO experience. One of the two participants must be aged 18yrs or over.
If you are a supervising adult attending an Animal Experience with a participant under the age of 18yrs, any additional children under the age of 15yrs in attendance on the day who are not participating in the experience, must have a separate supervising adult to remain with them whilst the Animal Experience is taking place.
