NHS Test & Trace at Colchester Zoo
Due to recent Government changes to the Track & Trace system we are now required to collect contact details for anyone over the age of 16yrs who wishes to visit us.
This data is collected to help minimise the transmission of COVID-19 and support public health and safety, it will only be used for NHS track and trace purposes.
Within your E-ticket booking confirmation you will be asked to complete a short form which MUST be submitted ahead of your visit giving the full name of each visitor over 16yrs old as well as an email address/phone number or postal address for each person.
Once this is completed you will receive a confirmation email which our staff will be required to check before you can enter Colchester Zoo.
Any data submitted will only be used to contact you for track and trace purposes if required.
Please note Zoo Passholders will not be required to do this as we hold your contact details on file and your visit date will be recorded upon scanning your pass.
