Colchester Zoo is constantly developing towards its mission to provide a first-class experience for all its visitors and at the same time further understanding and respect for animals.
As a Zoo we are constantly re-investing into the park and developing areas, whether that be updating current enclosures, developing new enclosures and experiences or updating catering outlets for example. We are always thinking about our animals and visitors needs to ensure the best experience for all and adding value to visits.
CALLING KEEN, PASSIONATE ARCHITECTS!
To help with our master plan and the future planning of the zoo, we are looking to work with keen architects with a passion for conservation and the tourism sector. Whether that be a local individual architect or a firm who can provide assistance, we would like to hear from you!
We require your assistance to contribute to the design and landscape of the zoo for the future, as well as efficiently dealing with planning applications and all the work that comes with development. We’re looking for someone with the enthusiasm to share modern and innovative ideas using the art of science and design engineering.
We’re excited for what the future of Colchester Zoo holds and would like to share this journey with an architect with the same passion as we have.
