Zoo Pass Gift Vouchers

E-voucher – A Zoo Pass E-Voucher allows the lucky recipient to redeem their voucher for a Zoo Pass allowing one year’s unlimited entry to Colchester Zoo! Sent via an e-voucher, you can forward this to the lucky recipient or print it for them to give as a gift.
Physical voucher – If you would like to purchase a physical Zoo Pass Gift voucher this will be valid for 3 months from the date of purchase – the recipient then has this time to call or visit us to redeem the voucher and have their pass processed. These can only be purchased at the zoo and not available online.

Guests with disability – Any guest with a disability will be required to purchase the relevant adult, child or senior Zoo Pass.
If you require assistance during your visits to Colchester Zoo you will be asked to show verification of disability when your Zoo Pass is processed allowing you to have an assistant visit with you FREE of charge each time you wish to visit with your valid Zoo Pass.
