We're OPEN!
Passholders can visit after 1:00pm WITHOUT the need to pre-book at weekends and during school holidays. Midweek term time, we are trialling reopening the zoo to all valid Zoo Passholders without the need to pre-book.
Please note entry is dependant on capacity within the park. We may be required to work on a 1-out 1-in system as a safety precaution.
All other visitors MUST pre-book their tickets online via our website to help us manage the capacity within the park.
Following government guidance face coverings MUST now be worn in ALL indoor areas. Please click here to read our full list of safety measures which we have put in place to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit.
