In order to access our Zoo Passholder Portal, there is some mandatory information which MUST be on your record in order for you to login.
If you are unable to login, it may be that we do not hold some of the mandatory information required on your record or there may be an error on your record. To update your Information to enable you to log in to the Zoo Passholder Portal, please complete our form below.
We will email you when your information has been updated and you will then be able to make use of this new platform exclusive to Zoo Passholders.
