If you have a Zoo Pass and would like to renew please click the yellow button below or visit our friendly Guest Services team upon entry.
You can renew any time up to 1 month after your previous zoo pass expires to receive the 20% renewal discount. Your pass will be dated consecutively 1 year from the date of expiry. E.g. If your pass expires on 1st March 2024, you will have until 1st April 2024 to receive the renewal discount.
N.B If you require a new photograph please make us aware when ordering or an additional administration charge will be issued.
