Guardian Adoption – £65.00
Choose almost any animal species at Colchester Zoo to support and you’ll also receive:
- A thank you booklet with a brief outline of what the zoo does along with its charity, Action for the Wild.
- A certificate of adoption with a fact file about your chosen species
- A plaque at the animal’s enclosure featuring your name, date of the adoption and a personalised message (60 characters). Due to third-party delays, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for your plaque to be displayed at your chosen species enclosure.

Please note that it takes at least 48 hours to process an adoption and it is then sent out by post. Please allow sufficient time for this when you place your booking as there can be a delay in delivery of 5-7 working days.
