Your Zoo Pass will start from the date of purchase and be valid for 12 months. You will need to visit our Guest Services team to have your photograph taken and Zoo Pass issued. Please ensure you read our passholder terms and conditions prior to purchasing your pass.

If you require assistance during your visits to Colchester Zoo you will be asked to show verification of disability when your Zoo Pass is processed allowing you to have an assistant visit with you FREE of charge each time you wish to visit with your valid Zoo Pass.

Tiger Cub Card

We have a special memberships available for Tiger Cubs (from 1 – 2 years old).

To process the Tiger Cub Card we will require your child’s name and date of birth as the pass will be valid until their 3rd birthday when a Child Zoo Pass or child admission ticket will be required for entry.
