IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ZOO PASSHOLDERS
Zoo Passholders are no longer required to book to visit Colchester Zoo from the 7th June 2021 onwards.*
Please be aware further changes may be made as we review this and bookings may be reintroduced at any time.
*Should we reach our capacity a one in-one out system will put in place.
From the 7th June you will not be required to book to visit as a Passholder, please present your valid Zoo Pass to be scanned on the gate. If we are busy our staff may introduce a one-in, one-out system, please listen to our staff and wait patiently until you are granted entry.
We may also ask you to scan our NHS QR code as part of the Track & Trace scheme. Please have your phone ready to do so.

Unfortunately we are unable to allow admittance to children under the age of 16yrs without a full paying adult or adult passholder. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst inside the park. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
