- Promotional offer valid from 29th April – 8th May 2023.
- 1 FREE Entry ticket will be issued with every Zoo Pass purchased within the offer period. The free entry ticket will reflect the Zoo Pass purchased therefore; 1 Adult ticket for 1 Adult Zoo Pass, 1 Child ticket for 1 Child Zoo Pass, 1 Senior ticket for 1 Senior Zoo Pass.
- All FREE entry tickets will expire on the 8th August 2023 and cannot be extended or exchanged for monetary value, or upgraded to any other product.
- Your FREE entry ticket will be available for collection with your Zoo Pass from our Guest Services Office. We advise you pick up your Zoo Pass as soon as possible to have the ultimate amount of time for use of the FREE Entry ticket before it expires on the 8th August 2023.
- Promotional offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, including but not limited to, the Zoo Passholder renewal discount. Those renewing have the option to have the consecutive renewal discount OR the FREE entry ticket.
