Passholders: This event is FREE for Zoo Passholders. Simply turn up on the day and bring with you your valid zoo pass to gain entry into the zoo.
Paying Visitors: We recommend all non-passholders to book their tickets online in advance to receive the best price on admission.
THE SANTA EXPERIENCE – £16 PER TICKET
Step into Santa’s magical world located within the Zoo…
Time: First entry timeslot is 8.45am – 9:00am and then slots every 15 minutes until 4:00pm – 4:15pm
Step into the magical wonderland of the North Pole as you journey through the white woodland, take a break at Mrs Claus Kitchen and discover how our very own ‘Wilbur the Wolly Mammoth’ is made in the Elf Workshop before visiting the main man himself and receive a special gift, ‘Wilbur the Woolly Mammoth’, worth £19.99.
Children can take part in the Santa Experience on Magic of Christmas days only, for the additional cost of £16 per Santa Experience ticket.
