Jungle Tumble Soft Play
In order to make this a fun and safe environment for all, we have made some changes to this area. This includes introducing a restricted number of Jungle Tumble Admission Tickets available to book per day. This has been done with both staff and guest safety in mind, but we hope this will also improve your experience within the soft play area, avoiding over crowding and making sure more people are able to enjoy the play area each day.
Please note that a Jungle Tumble Ticket DOES NOT admit you entry into the zoo. You MUST pre-book your Zoo Admission Tickets prior to booking Jungle Tumble or have a valid Zoo Pass.
Each slot available is 45 minutes long, with the first slot starting at 10.30am. You will need to pre-book a FREE Jungle Tumble admission ticket for each child who would like to enter the play area, this includes those children under 3 years old and Zoo Passholders. Supervising adults DO NOT require a ticket for Jungle Tumble.
Jungle Tumble is a very popular area of the zoo therefore consecutive play sessions are not permitted. Please do not attempt to book consecutive play sessions as you will be asked to leave Jungle Tumble after the first play session and not readmitted.
ADVANCE NOTICE: Our indoor soft play area, Jungle Tumble, will be closed on the following dates to annual maintenance work and a thorough deep clean. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but this short closure is vital for us to be able to offer a high standard facility.

Visiting Jungle Tumble:
- You must book your children’s Jungle Tumble tickets via our website ahead of your visit, this includes those with Zoo Passes and under 3s.
- Visitors can only book 1 play session per day, please only book if you are able to attend the session.
- Our team may ask you to queue ahead of your time slot if you arrive early.
- Each child’s ticket should then be presented to our team to scan on entry, via a mobile device or a print out.
- When your child’s session is nearly up, our team will give a 5 minute warning asking children to leave the play area and put on their shoes.
- Session time includes times to remove shoes and get ready to leave.
- Socks MUST be worn to enter the play area.

Please be aware that our kiosk is CARD ONLY and picnics cannot be consumed in this area.

– Each child wishing to enter the play area will require their own ticket, this includes under 3s.
– We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not following the Rules of Play or those without a booking.
